No matter what you may be going through, you are not alone.  If given enough support and empowerment, you can overcome all obstacles.  I believe that therapy is a gift that you give yourself. You have the ability to change your life, reach your fullest potential and live the life you were created for!

My Therapy Approach:

I believe each client’s situation is unique and requires appropriate, individualized treatment. After our initial session, I will develop a treatment plan that is tailored towards your specific needs.  By integrating research-based treatments along with traditional talk therapy, I have developed methods and tools for psychotherapy that are highly effective and achieve results.

I utilize a number of different theories and methodologies such as  Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) which includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Techniques.

I can provide services in English and Vietnamese, and enjoy working with children and families of diverse backgrounds. Let us know at 858-717-4196 and we will provide the information to get started today.
